Here we are on April 17th. In the following weeks we hope to make lots of observations; including amphibians (chrous frog, leopard frog, the green tree frog, the american toad,tiger salamanders and painted turtles), water quality measruments (temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, secci distance, nitrate) and migratory birds.

Here is the southwest shoreline where we make out water quality measurments. Compared to last year the water is lower and emergent growth can be seen
