On January 22 2001, Discovery Club members drilled holes in the ice at Patrick Marsh. The holes were drilled next to the DNR depth marker. We collected the following data:

Ice thickness was 5.0 inches

Water was full of fish pieces

Water had a bad odor

The DNR depth marker read 6.1 feet

Water depth was measured at 7.0 feet

Temperature was measured at 0.5° C

Dissolved Oxygen: At 2ft 1.2ppm, At 6ft .5ppm
