Here are some of Discovery Club members the first day of the 2005 fall field season. Each week we will set twenty four Sherman traps to monitor for small mammals. We will also take water quality observations of the big lake. click here for more images |
 Every fall we find large puff ball mushrooms under the burr oak trees on hillside at the southwest corner of the lake |  We have had a very dry late summer and fall. The frog pond is completely dry with weeds growing everywhere. |
