May 25, 2001. Discovery Club members welcomed 2nd graders from Royal Oaks to Patrick Marsh Wildlife Area. We had four stations: Birds, small mammals, amphibians and water quality.
Two Discovery Club members were assigned to each station. The kids can around in groups of ten and we had to explain our station in about 10 min. Then another group came...boy, we never realized that being a teacher means saying the same thing over and over!
