Here are some of Discovery Club members the first day of the 2004 fall field season. Each week we will set eighteen Sherman traps and 8 drops traps to monitor for small mammals. We will also take water quality observations of the big lake. Club members are pictured by a corn field that sits between the school and the marsh. Because of the work of the Patrick Marsh Conservancy this land may become part of the Patrick Marsh Wildlife Area by next year. click here for more images |
